Nick Florescu & Dominique Sachse

When love strikes, it just feels right and you never look back. In 2012, this was the case for Dominique Sachse and Nick Florescu. When they met, they were at the peak of their careers. Dominique was a lead anchor for Channel 2 in Houston and Nick was former broker turned business magnate, making waves in the marketing industry. They were both single parents with children to care for. With such a strong bond in both of their lives, it was no wonder that they found love on a warm Sunday afternoon.
After meeting over lunch, there was instantly a connection that called for a second date. The two were becoming inseparable and soon they would make the decision to make it permanent.
The striking couple made their wedding a high-class affair, and a night to remember! With Nick having exceptional taste and classic style, naturally turned to Festari For Men, with whom he had been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Festari did not disappoint.
Together with owner Rudy Festari, Nick created an elegant off-white tuxedo with an exquisite fabric consisting of silk, wool, and cashmere by Ermenegildo Zegna. The piece was a single button shawl lapel classic tuxedo with sharp black trousers. It combined for an outfit that was timeless at the altar. Festari For Men was proud to showcase this beautiful piece for the couple’s special day.
Thomas & Lauren Erwin
Married on March 30, 2019, in Galveston, TX
From a chance meeting on a casual stroll at the dog park to three dates and a wedding proposal, Thomas and Lauren found love where they never expected it.
Thomas has always been the meticulous type. In fact, on one of their earliest dates he actually sent Lauren a questionnaire to help plan out their date with explicit detail. It is actually one of his most endearing qualities, and a preference when it comes to custom-tailoring.
When the time came, his vision was clear, and he knew that only one store would accommodate his needs.
Festari For Men is known for its personal service, from custom suits, dress shirts, and hand-tailored bespoke suits. For their wedding, Thomas and Lauren wanted an earthy tone rather than the traditional black or white tuxedo. They hoped to find something that would fit their needs.
After working with Rudy Festari, they created an elegant green tux made from luxurious mohair. Mohair has a bold sheen and luster giving the historic fabric its nickname as”Diamond fiber”. With a bright green handwoven silk tie and a monogrammed cuff, Thomas represented the very best of custom tailoring and the fine quality offered at Festari For Men. Greg & Christina Denton

Handsome Houstonian native, Greg Denton, at six feet eight inches, often has difficulty finding the perfect piece of clothing to fit his stature. So, when he finally decided to tie the knot with the love of his life, Christina Havlicek, he had the desire to create the perfect custom tuxedo for his upcoming nuptials. He did not have the option for an off-the-rack piece, so he decided to turn to Rudy Festari for the perfect custom made tuxedo.
He chose a classic navy blue made from a super 130s wool by Vitale Barberis Canonico. The color was rich, classic and elegant. It was complemented by a peak lapel, a hidden front flap dress shirt, and a timeless silk black bowtie. The ensemble was complete with a sleek but modern style. As the wedding neared, Greg received his custom tux in time to get final alterations for the perfect fit, just right for the special day!
